  • Pomodoro timer-based reading sessions
  • Recording and reviewing reading sessions
  • Recording reading notes and reflections
  • Displaying recommended books (using the Rakuten Books API and others)

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities:

  • Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Activities that infringe on the rights of other users or third parties
  • Activities that interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Unauthorized access or excessive access through automated tools
  • Commercial activities using the Service without prior permission

5. Intellectual Property

Copyright of content entered by users (reading notes, reflections, etc.) belongs to the respective users. Intellectual property rights for the Service's software, design, logos, and other elements belong to us.

6. Changes and Suspension of Service

We may change, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue the Service without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages arising from such changes or suspension.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." Book information displayed in the Service is obtained from third-party services such as the Rakuten Books API, the National Diet Library Search API, and the Open Library API, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms as needed. Modified Terms become effective upon posting on the Service. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
